About Montfort Academy

Shri Gyan Chand Khurana was the source and inspiration behind the establishment of this chain of institutions. The Montfort Academy will be a senior secondary Co-Ed Residential School to be affiliated to C.B.S.E. Registration for admission for class Pre Nursery to class VI, Session 2013-14 has started.

The school was the brain child of Shri Gyan Chand Khurana, who was a successful industrialist, having established the ‘Bobby Soaps’ in Mayapuri, New Delhi. As a business man he has earned a reputation for excellent managerial skills & high ethical values, giving social issues & concerns high priority.

Following his footsteps, his son Sh. Tilak Raj Khurana, leads the trust in multifarious activities of education by establishing different institutions providing the education from KG level to PG level by establishing a Senior Secondary Co- Residential School in the name of Shanti Gyan International School, at Dwarka, New Delhi and Sunrise Institute of Education and Technology, B.Ed College at Dadri, Greater Noida, U.P.

Sh. Tilak Raj Khurana is of the conviction that every child has an immense urge to grow & to contribute to the harmonious growth of the society, provided he is given full opportunity particularly in the form of good & meaningful education. Every exposure to education therefore, should lend to a yearning, for wisdom & betterjudgment in life.
